Representatives of the University of North Dakota and Boeing will sign a new partnership memorandum of understanding (MOU) on Monday, April 17, guaranteeing job interviews for UND Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) cadets, student veterans and active duty students. Under certain terms of the five-year MOU, Boeing will:
- Job interviews are conducted for UND ROTC graduates who have fulfilled their commitment to military service or who have been unable to participate in military service for medical reasons.
- Provides job interviews to US military veterans or active UND students.
- Support the job interview process with a job applicant tracking system.
Under the same contract, UND will:
- Promote this opportunity to current and former ROTC participants, veterans or active duty students.
- Provide a means to promote the program through classroom visits, emails, signage and outreach events.
- Obtain Boeing’s approval before using the Boeing name, trademarks, logos, proprietary marks and press releases that refer to Boeing.
