Created with Filipino music lovers in mind, Spotify House presents three music “rooms”: Hip Hop, Nostalgia and Rave.
MANILA, PHILIPPINES – Spotify Philippines unveiled Spotify House, a new listening experience for audiophiles in the Philippines, featuring vibrant live music.
Held at Makati’s Baked Studios on Thursday 7 June, the event showcased the power of curated playlists and celebrated the country’s diverse musical landscape.
The night kicked off with a surprise performance from singer-songwriter Jeremy Zucker, who dazzled the crowd with his hits “comethru” and “you were Good to me.”
Built with Filipino music lovers in mind, Spotify House presents three music ‘rooms’: Hip Hop, Nostalgia and Rave. Each room is designed to capture the essence of Spotify’s in-app listening experience.
The hip-hop room was filled with a booming beat and a thumping bar from Kalye playlist on Spotify. PLAYERTWO, a local talent from Davao, also took to the stage and excited the audience with popular songs such as “THAT’S MY BABY” and “TIKTIKTOKIN”.

The rave room, on the other hand, seamlessly intertwined music, art and light. Inspired by Spotify’s high-octane Planet Rave playlist, the room showcased his pulsating electronic tracks and remixes.
The Nostalgia Room encouraged guests to relive their cherished memories and sing along to the OPM Rock Hits playlist on Spotify. Attendees sang classic songs by legendary Filipino bands such as Palokya Ni Edgar, Eraserheads and River Maya.
Spotify House showcased the platform’s efforts to revolutionize music streaming, allowing users to curate their music experiences and explore artists of all kinds across the Philippines. – Rappler.com
