Based on the artwork surrounding the alien-infused Existential Reckoning and its related release Existential Reckoning: Re-Wired, Diaz describes his approach to the clip: Music and Carina and Maynard’s performance. Their voices blend seamlessly into the recording, so I chose to use mind clairvoyance and telekinesis waveforms to convey their communication. The video explores a variety of themes such as otherworldly invasions, post-apocalyptic scenarios, pyramid mysteries, alien abductions, and advanced technology. ”
The video arrives as the band confirms their June 8th performance at the venerable UK-based Download Festival. Puscifer were originally scheduled to perform in London on June 15th, but due to ongoing events at Brixton Academy, that day was cancelled.
Puscifer has released corresponding remix albums for each of their four studio albums with Existential Reckoning: Re-Wired offering their most eclectic line-up to date. Puscifer band members Mat Mitchell and Carina Round, along with currently touring musicians Greg Edwards (Failure, Autolux) and Gunnar Olsen, reinterpreted his 12 songs on the album track by track, prophetic and electro.
