morgan warren new album one thing at a timehas already broken streaming records on its first day of release.
With 52.29 million plays on Friday (March 3), the country star’s 36-song project set a record for the service’s most-played country album in a single day by a male artist, according to Spotify.
Warrens one thing at a time will make the biggest streaming debut of any genre to date on Spotify in 2023.
On the day of its release, Morgan was the most streamed artist on Spotify in the US and globally.
Spotify further says billboard On Saturday (March 4), 31 songs from the album entered Spotify’s US Top 50 chart.
Spotify celebrates partnership with Wallen one thing at a time at the hitmaker’s high school, Gibbs High School in Knoxville, Tennessee, on Thursday. Warren wowed his students with a concert at the school’s ballpark featuring several songs from his new project. In addition to Warren’s favorite concessions, students took advantage of Photo-his booth, which converts snaps into dedicated baseball his cards, courtesy of Spotify.
Warren presented the school’s principal with a check for $35,000 from the Morgan Warren Foundation, which he donated to performing arts and sports programs.
Morgan’s previous album, 30 tracks Dangerous: The Double Albumwill be released in 2021 and is still in the top 5 on the Billboard 200.
