It was never about starting a band. It was just a few old friends getting together and playing music for fun. They would meet once a week at a small house deep in the Oklahoma woods called the Ringo Mansion. They played old songs, told stories and laughed a lot. Eventually they started writing songs, and as the story goes, when they got a bunch of musicians together in the same room…they started a band.

It’s fast! Yes, the band knows it’s one of the subplots of the movie Wayne’s World, but it happened. Exactly so! Since that frenetic day, the band has charted five of his country singles, two of his Top 10s and three of his Billboard Top 20 rock singles. Holy crossover!
