BTS’ Suga is preparing for the release of his first solo album.
The K-pop superstar announced his debut solo release on Sunday (April 2nd). D-DAYwill be delivered on April 21st at 1:00 PM KST/12:00 AM EST.Suga, who wrote and produced the song for the next project, dropped out D-DAY Under the name Agust D, according to the news release.
D-DAY It marks the final release of the rapper-dancer’s mixtape trilogy. SUGA’s debut mixtape, August D., arrived in 2016 and highlighted hardcore rap and underground influences with the help of writer-producers Slow Rabbit, June, Pdogg and Supreme Boi. BTS stars followed up in the 2020s D-2 The mixtape reached #9 on the Top Rap Albums chart and #11 on the Billboard 200.
In late March, Suga shared a 30-second teaser for his upcoming solo documentary. Road to D-Day, will be broadcast on Disney+ and Weverse. An air date for the special had not yet been announced at the time of publication.
Suga has already revealed dates for his first solo world tour, which begins at UBS Arena in Belmont Park, New York on April 26. He will perform a series of shows across the United States in early to mid-May, Later that month, they will be visiting Jakarta.That month, they performed in Japan in early June, followed by two hometown shows in Bangkok, Singapore and Seoul, South Korea on June 24-25.
