Alejandro Sanz first toured the USA over 20 years ago. A lot has changed since then.
“I remember the first few times I went to America on tour. There were very few Latino companies,” says the Spanish singer-songwriter billboard“Maybe there was a promoter in Miami and another in Los Angeles. Now is the time to go back to Spain and celebrate what Spanish music has achieved in this country.”
Sanz will return to the US for the first time since the pandemic with the Sanz En Vivo Tour produced by Loud And Live. The 11-day trek will begin in San Juan, Puerto Rico in September, with stops in cities such as Chicago, New York and Houston, before wrapping up in Los Angeles in October. Let’s enjoy the music,” adds Sanz, who recently completed a 15-day stint in Mexico.
At this point in his decades-long career, Sanz says it’s all about being able to still tour and put on sold-out shows. “For an artist, everything is to be on stage. Everything else is a bonus, recording too. I dream of.”
In his shows, Sanz will perform classics like “Corazón Partio,” “Amiga Mía,” and “Mi Persona Favorita,” as well as new music, including songs from the 2021 Latin Grammy-nominated album. I promise sandsTickets go on sale March 17th at 10am local time at www.alejandrosanz.com.
