1. Where are you from?
From Tempe, Arizona but have been in California for 9 years.
2. When did you start making music – and what or who were your early influences?
I started making music when I was 16. I’ve always been drawn to all different types of genres including Punk, Rap, Pop, Electronic, Classic Rock, and even Folk. When I started making music I would best describe it as conscious rap influenced by Hopsin, immortal technique, Vinnie Paz, and a lot of other underground rappers. As I developed vocally I started experimenting with more genres and now make a mix of punk, hip-hop, electronic, and pop.
3. How do you stay up to date with the latest music trends?
I don’t. The more I pay attention to what other people are doing the less creative I am in my own art. I just listen to what I like regardless if it’s trending or not and try to make music that resonates with me.
4. When performing, what techniques do you use to engage the audience?
I talk a lot more on stage than most artists. I’ve always felt like the music is secondary and it’s more about connecting with people on a personal level so I will talk to people in the crowd or give some background on who I am before I start.
5. What would you say is the most rewarding part of being an artist?
Making an impact in the lives of other people. I get messages sometimes about how my music changed somebodies life for the better and that’s what makes it all worth it.
6. What makes you different from other artists
I record everything in 432 hz. The standard tuning that everybody uses in their music is 440. Before the 1950s people used all kinds of different tunings in their music with 432 often being referred to as the “God Frequency”. In the 1950s they mandated that everyone use 440 and the diversity stopped. For me 432 gives me a different kind of feeling. It Makes me more relaxed, less anxious, and overall I feel better listening to music tuned to that frequency so that’s how I make my own music. The universe is made of frequency and vibration and I feel like it is very important to pay attention to what is affecting our own vibration.
7. What makes you different from other artists?
Who is your dream collab? Dead or alive.
Michael Jackson. I know there’s a lot of controversy around him with all of the allegations but he is undeniably the greatest in history. He changed the course of music forever and I think he’s a once in every 1000 years kind of talent.
8. What is your biggest accomplishment musically?
I used to go by Ferrini 41 and have a song with 1.5 million streams under that name. I changed it because I feel like the new music I’m releasing does not fit with the rest of my old music. I used to be strictly emo/pop rap but I’ve transitioned to a more genre fluid style.

10. Include any key information that you feel was left out.
My little brother r-Zona plays guitar and produces all of the instrumentals in my tracks. We’ve been working together for about 10 years. Also I write, record, and mix all of my music so we are 100% self sufficient.
I took a three-year break from releasing music to focus on getting better. I practiced singing everyday no matter what and wrote every day no matter what. During that time span I wrote and recorded over 100 songs. The stuff I’m releasing now is recorded during that time period.
