D.C. weather still wet after severe weather threat

Until tonight: A few more showers and storms are possible through the evening. There’s still plenty of humidity in the air, but nothing expected to be strong or serious — we could still see a few lightning bolts, and temperatures were around his mid-40s to 50s. down to Westerly and northwesterly winds can reach nearly 20 mph in the evening as dry air moves in and helps dislodge clouds (slowly).
