The Nasdaq Composite fell about 100 points on Tuesday and US stocks fell. There are some big stocks registering gains in today’s session.
- Morphic Holding Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ:MORF) stock price rose to 20.8 after the company announced that its open-label Phase 2a EMERALD-1 trial of MORF-057 had met its primary endpoint in adults with moderate-to-severe ulcerative colitis. % surged to $52.50.
- Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:ARWR) rose 17.2% to $35.19 after the company announced interim results of its ongoing Phase 1/2 clinical trial of ARO-RAGE.
- Medpace Holdings Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ:MEDP) rose 16.5% to $218.06 after the company reported better-than-expected first-quarter results.
- Aarons Company Inc. (NYSE:AAN) rose 15.6% to $11.81 after the company reported first-quarter results and updated full-year guidance.
- Edgewise Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:EWTX) rose 14.4% to $8.24.
- Xerox Holdings Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ:XRX) jumped 13% to $15.36 after strong quarterly results.
- Simpson Manufacturing Co. (NYSE:SSD) rose 11.6% to $126.05 after better-than-expected quarterly results.
- hubbell company (NYSE:HUBB) rose 10.4% to $256.73 on strong quarterly results.
- Pure Cycle Technologies Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ:PCT) rose 10.2% to $5.72.
- Gambling.com Group Limited (NASDAQ:GAMB) rose 7.1% to $10.40 after releasing preliminary results for the first quarter of 2023.
- Apollomics Inc. (NASDAQ:APLM) rose 6.7% to $4.31 after EF Hutton began reporting on the stock with a buy rating and a price target of $25.
- Arrowgene Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:ALLO) rose 6.2% to $5.70.
- Bluebird Bio Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ:BLUE) rose 5.6% to $3.6350. Bluebird Bio said it has submitted a biologics license application to the FDA for its lobotibeglogen autotemcel for her sickle cell patients aged 12 and older who have a history of vascular occlusive events.
- Spotify Technology SA (NYSE:SPOT) rose 4.5% to $137.39 after the company reported first-quarter results. Total revenue increased 14% year-over-year and monthly active users increased 22% year-over-year.
