Legendary post-punk band X, who rose to fame in the late 1970s, have announced summer 2023 tour dates. Following the band’s just-completed West Coast spring tour, fans can expect X to feature North Carolina swing, jazz outfits, and new music from Fat Possume’s upcoming album by The Squirrel for seven days. you’ll be thrilled to know. nut zipper. X will be joined by British heavyweights English Beat and Save Ferris at the July 30th show in Redmond, WA and the Orange County Fair in Costa Mesa, CA.
Aptly titled the Alphabetland XX4 Tour, the tour will run for three to four weeks and will feature a few special guests. The tour will begin in May 2023 and will take him through the East Coast before heading west. The band is expected to hit many large and small markets with various venues and arenas depending on the city.
Following the critical reception of Alphabetland’s 2020 release, the tour and accompanying new album were highly anticipated. Received rave reviews from numerous publications, the band won several awards, including an American Music Award, a Golden Globe, and a Grammy.
Fans are curious to see what X has created with their latest release, especially the new music they will be playing during the tour. The new songs are expected to follow a similar style and feel to the music X has made over the past 45 years of his career.
