Indonesian rock and metal trio Voice Of Baceprot announced their first ever US tour in August this year.

The band announced the news on social media today (June 7), confirming that they are finally leaving for their first series of shows in North America.
The tour will see Voice Of Baceprot play 11 shows over two weeks, including a set at 88rising’s Head In The Clouds festival in Los Angeles.

The tour announcement comes just weeks after the band began teasing their long-awaited debut album, RETAS. They also shared a brand new single, “The Enemy Of Earth Is You.” It’s an urgent, guitar-heavy song that doubles as a call to action against climate change.
Prior to “The Enemy Of Earth Is You,” Voice Of Baceprot had released four original singles to date, plus a cover EP and a 2018 release by two-time Grammy nominee Madonna. They have also released a progressive house remix EP of their 2008 breakout single “School Revolution”. Titled ‘School’s Out Re-Bang’ by collaborator Timo Mas and German house DJ/producer André Winter.
The band recently NME100, a list of 100 up-and-coming artists around the world who are ready to hit the big year in 2023. The list also includes other Southeast Asian artists such as Kinder Blumen, Seachains, Guernica Club, Flower Fur and Dillow.
