Taylor Swift’s three shows at River Plate Stadium in Buenos Aires will be her first in Argentina.
After Taylor Swift announced the dates for the first round of the international “Hellas Tour” late last week, the Argentinian also showed up, indicating that demand for tickets for Taylor Swift is on the rise. Argentina’s Swifites has been waiting patiently for his first appearance in the country, but two dates have been confirmed, as opposed to three dates like Mexico and Brazil.
But today, with the addition of a third show, Swift will finally make her live debut in Argentina on November 9, 10 and 11 at Buenos Aires’ River Plate Stadium.
General sales for all three dates began today at 10am local time, with the first pre-sale of the first two dates (offered exclusively to customers of Argentina-based bank Banco Patagonia) in record time. It sold out quickly. Argentinian newspaper Ambito, citing the tour’s production company DF Entertainment, said as many as two million people lined up waiting for a chance to get tickets.
Swift’s tour of Latin America will be supported by Sabrina Carpenter, with performances in Mexico City on August 24, 25 and 26, Brazil in Rio de Janeiro on November 18, and São Paulo on November 26 and 26. A performance is also planned.
“I’m so happy to share this with you!! Mexico, Argentina and Brazil: this year we bring you the Eras tour! Sweet angel princess [Sabrina Carpenter] I will be at every show,” Swift said in her first announcement tweet, adding, “More international dates coming soon, promise me!”
