18-year-old Tom from East Lainton is a true rising star, garnering accolades from the likes of Sir Elton John and broadcasting on BBC Radio 1, Radio X and Absolute Radio.
He’s already played at top festivals across the country and just performed at Radio 1’s Big Weekend in Dundee.
This month, Tom released his new single “Weirdo” from his newly announced EP3 on June 30, announcing an extensive UK tour for November-December 2023, which is now on sale. He also announced that he will appear on Channel 4. Sunday brunch.

The tour will take the singer/songwriter and his band to an indie/rock sound across the UK, culminating in a local show at the Firehouse in Sunderland on 8th December.
EP3 includes the new single ‘Weirdo’ as well as recent singles ‘Little Bits’ and ‘Like You Do’, the latter co-written with Miles Kane and Oscar Robertson. , co-produced by Dave Burdon. The demo track ‘Me’, a cover of Swedish House Mafia’s ‘Don’t You Worry Child’ and the original version of what became ‘Like You Do’ before Miles Kane joined, was written by Tom. It helped us take it in new and exciting directions.
Tom, who will be playing the left field stage at this year’s Glastonbury, said, “When I write or record tracks, I don’t really think about a particular theme or style. I just like writing bangers. only,” he said.
“I love working with Larry Hibbitt and am proud of the work on EP3. The track I wrote with Miles Kane is absolutely huge and I get great reactions every time I play it live. I guess.
