Rival Sons have released a new single from their upcoming album, “Bird In The Hand”. dark fighter, will be released on Friday, June 2nd. Along with this new song, the band also announced a 2023 North American tour starting in mid-May. Check out the new song and tour dates below.
The new single boasts the classic Rival Sons sound with green visuals on YouTube. Rival Suns singer Jay Buchanan commented on the new single: You can spend a good amount of time just trying to find your lane, your realized intentions. At some point you accept reincarnation as an awakening process. Built, refined, burned over and over, the lyric “Now that I have a bird, it’s a miracle I can believe” is an immersive commitment to the present. The band also shared its companion album dark fighter Coming in late 2023 light bringer.
Dubbed The DARKFIGHTER Tour, the next tour will take place in May and June with support from The Black Angels, The Record Company and Starcrawler. Tickets are on sale now and can be found here. The tour also features several festival performances by the band. Later this month, Rival Sons will also support her Greta Van Fleet.
