“Playing For Time” is a song I’ve been working on for a long time, and I’ve played it live without lyrics, so some of you may know it. It became an important song for me. It’s about time, death, memory, and the idea that each of us has a planet full of memories hidden within our brains.
It’s a more personal song about how we construct memories and whether we’re prisoners of time or something that can actually set us free. I think it’s good to have more daring and interesting experiences. ”
