The Levelers have announced additional shows for their ‘collective’ UK tour, including a rescheduled London headline show at Hackney Empire on May 24.
The band has additional dates at Worthing (23rd), Lil (25th) and Hay on Wye Festival (26th). Tickets for the new dates will go on sale at 10am on Wednesday 29th March 2023 at https://www.levellers.co.uk/.
The Levellers Collective Tour, in support of Together All The Way, is out now on Levellers’ own On The Fiddle Recordings, their critically acclaimed new album available for purchase here.
Together All The Way reimagines songs from across the Levellers’ influential back catalog in a more traditional folk approach. The 10-track album also includes new songs ‘Man O War’ and ‘Sitting In The Social’.
On this album, we find Levelers joined by Hannah Miller and muletto Ollie Austin on cello, vocals and percussion. Dan Donnelly will also be on board, making his first official Levelers recording.
2023 will be a special year for Levelers, not only celebrating their 35th anniversary as a band, but also the 20th anniversary of the acclaimed Beautiful Days Festival, one of the UK’s largest independent music festivals.
Only a limited number of last-minute tickets remain for the Devonshire festival from 18th to 20th August. Final tickets are on sale at https://www.beautifuldays.org/.
