“One quote that really helped me [work through the process of perfection] it was when i read [a quote from the legendary choreographer] Martha Graham. “There is vitality, life force, energy, vigor, and it is put into action through you. This expression is unique because you are always alone. is gone and lost, the world does not have it, it is not your job to judge how good it is, how valuable it is, how it compares to other representations. To keep the channel open, it’s your job to keep it clear and direct and yours.
