Janelle Monae is gearing up for her next album. era of pleasure, on the road. The singer revealed Wednesday (May 31) details of her North American tour in 2023.
The star will kick off its 26-day journey on August 30th at the WAMU Theater in Seattle, visiting Atlanta, Chicago, Toronto, Boston, New York City, and more, before finally being screened on YouTube in Inglewood, California. Theater on October 18th.
Tickets for the Age of Pleasure tour go on sale on Verizon on Thursday, June 1st at 10am local time. The tour goes on general sale on Wednesday, June 7th at 10am local time on Ticketmaster.com.

“This is inspired by all my friends, communities of people from South Africa, Ghana, Nigeria, the Caribbean, Atlanta, Los Angeles and Chicago,” she said. “I saw us all together as black people in love in each other’s eyes. People from the continent reusing traps from Atlanta. I love how diaspora talk to each other.”
