The latest edition of the CMT Music Awards will take place on Sunday, April 2, 2023 at the Moody Center in Austin, Texas.
A unique, fan-voted awards show co-hosted by Kelsea Ballerini and Kane Brown.The latter also performs his chart-topping single thank god With wife Kaitlyn Jae.
The 2023 CMT Music Awards will air live on the CBS television network from 8pm to 11pm PT.
According to a press release from Paramount Press Express, the CMT Music Awards were introduced as follows:
“Celebrated for its strong world premieres and cross-genre performances, the CMT Music Awards have been broadcast live since 2005, providing music fans around the world with Nashville’s biggest party.”
Executive Producers Jon Hamlin, Jason Owen, Margaret Comeau and Leslie Frum said of the ceremony:
“Our fans are witnessing an unforgettable night of music with many surprises as Live Music Capital meets Music City for the first time on a national stage in a true country music extravaganza.”
The 2023 CMT Music Awards are also available for live streaming or on demand
Apart from airing on CBS, the 2023 CMT Music Awards will also air on CMT and other Paramount Global Networks. Additionally, the show is available for live streaming and on-demand viewing on Paramount+.
Fans of the show can look forward to it as CMT Network airs an extended cut of the CMT Music Awards on Thursday, April 6, 2023. Additional bonus content and an additional 30 minutes of his new performance.
