How to Add Music Files to Spotify on Android
Things necessary: For this to work, you’ll need the Spotify app installed on your Android device (which you can do from the Google Play store) and some music to add (MP3, MP4, or FLAC format works best).
The first thing you need to do is add music to your Android device. This is the only step that requires a little more attention. To do this, upload your MP3, MP4, or FLAC files to the Music folder (created by me) in Google Drive. Then use the Android Google Drive app to download those files to your phone.

There are many other ways, but this is the easiest I’ve found. Of course, if you buy music on your phone (from sites like Amazon) and the music files are in your Android’s Downloads folder (which you can find using the Files app), no problem.
Open the Spotify app and tap your profile picture in the top left corner. From the slide-out sidebar,[設定とプライバシー]Tap.

After tapping the on/off slider, you need to allow Spotify the necessary permissions.

Now that you have enabled files on your device and local file support in Spotify, go back to the main Spotify screen[ライブラリ]Tap. In the resulting screen, you should see a “Local Files” entry. Tap it, then tap play to listen to the locally stored file.
Open the Library and find the “Local Files” section.
