Longtime frontman of The Dillinger Escape Plan, Greg Puciato, has announced his first full-scale North American solo tour.
Since The Dillinger Escape Plan disbanded in 2017, Puciato has been busy, releasing two solo albums and new LPs from his bands The Black Queen and Killer Be Killed. He has also toured extensively as part of Jerry Cantrell’s backing band.
The solo career begins May 3rd in Roseville, CA and continues through the June 7th show in Los Angeles. His Live Nation pre-sale for select dates will begin on Wednesday (March 22) or Thursday (March 23) at 10am local time via Ticketmaster using a code. openergeneral sales will begin on Friday.
Trek support is provided by Escuela Grind (except May 18-27), Deaf Club (featuring Justin Pearson of The Locust and Dead Cross), and Trace Amount.
“I’m going to go on a big trip to North America with some friends and book a few shows along the way to justify it to myself,” Psiato said in a press release. I want to meet as many new fans as possible, everyone in between.Let’s create a night to remember together.Take a tour of the record that started to be released under my name in 2020. This is the first time for , and in the near future, it may be the only tour to release under my own name.
Puciato released his solo debut album, Boy Soldier: God’s Creator2020, followed by sophomore effort, mirror cell2022.
During his run on The Dillinger Escape Plan, he was known as one of heavy music’s most dynamic live performers, often punching himself onstage and performing deadly stunts.
