GOT7 member BamBam has released the 1st full album “Sour & Sweet” and the music video for the lead single.
Today (March 28th), the Thai K-pop idol is making a comeback with her debut studio album ‘Sour & Sweet’. The release was accompanied by a music video for the lead single, which featured the singer playing potential love cats and mice.
“From sour to sweet / Sometimes I can be more than you see / This tastes like fantasy, fantasy / Dare you taste it or fall into my recipe / From sour to sweet ,’” he sings in a dance-pop song.
“Sour & Sweet” contains 8 tracks, 7 of which (including the title track) were co-written by GOT7 singers. BamBam also participated in composing several songs on the record, including “Take It Easy”, “Ghost” and “Tippy Toe”.
At a recent press conference for the album, the singer shared that the new record tells the story of his journey since arriving in South Korea as a trainee. KPOP Herald.
“The ‘wings’ show me when I first arrived, and the ‘wings’ depict me as of late,” he said. “I’m not a superstar, but I’ve achieved many dreams and now my fans are my wings.”
“Sour & Sweet” is also his first solo comeback in over a year, following his second mini album “B” released in January 2022.
Last May, BamBam joined GOT7’s bandmates for their first comeback since leaving longtime agency JYP Entertainment in early 2021.
BamBam is currently signed to Abyss Company, home of artists such as Sunmi, Sandara Park and Urban Zapaka.
