Playlist in a Bottle is a brand new interactive in-app experience that allows you to capture your musical self in the present and revisit your musical self one year later in 2023.
Here’s how to create a playlist in Bottle.
- Make sure your Spotify mobile app is up to date with the latest version.
- Click spotify.com/playlistinabottle from your mobile device.
- Choose your favorite time capsule from a bottle, jeans pocket, gumball machine, lunch box or teddy bear.
- Answer a series of song-inspired prompts. for example:
- “Song to kiss someone this year”
- “A song that reminds me of someone I love”
- “Songs I want to hear live in 2023”
- 5. Digitally seal it in a music time capsule and send it out!
- Share your personalized card on your social channels with the tag #PlaylistInABottle.
- When you create a Playlist in a Bottle in January 2024, you’ll receive a personalized time capsule that reminds you what you were listening to one year ago.
Playlist in a Bottle is available today in 27 markets and 18 languages* for both free and premium users on iOS and Android devices. But don’t delay as we wrap up the experience on January 31st as it draws to a close.
