Future have canceled the last two days of their North American tour, One Big Party, which was due to end in Kansas City and Minneapolis this week.
Before stopping by the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indiana last night (April 6), the rapper (real name Nayvadius Cash) said: billboard “I am heartbroken that I will no longer be able to connect with my fans in Kansas City and Minneapolis,” he said. “I look forward to seeing you all again someday. Thank you for all your love and support over the years.”
An exact reason for the cancellation was not provided, nor was it confirmed if a rescheduled show was planned. NME I have reached out to Cash and his representatives for clarification. The affected shows were scheduled to go down tonight (April 7) and tomorrow (April 8) at his T-Mobile Center in Kansas City and Target Center in Minneapolis, respectively. Refunds will be made from the ticket holder’s original point of purchase.
Cash played an evening show in Indiana as scheduled. The tour itself will begin in New Orleans on March 9th, with the rest of the dates in Dallas, Fort Bay. Lauderdale, Jacksonville, Philadelphia, Columbus, Milwaukee, Oakland.
The tour supports Cash’s ninth album, I Never Liked You, under the Future moniker, released last April on his own Epic Records label, Freebandz. A four star review NME’s Kyann-Sian Williams said of the effort: You’ll gladly praise him on “I Never Liked You.” ”
