Emily Ratajkowski explains why she reacted so strongly to Ellen interviewing Taylor Swift

Emily Ratajkowski has opened up about defending Taylor Swift in a resurfaced 2012 interview with Ellen DeGeneres.

In January of this year, the 31-year-old model spoke out against a viral TikTok clip in which Swift appeared opposite DeGeneres while the host displayed images of celebrities including Taylor Lautner, Justin Bieber, Joe Jonas and Justin. sitting in a chair Timberlake reflected on the screen behind it.

In the video, DeGeneres asks Swift to ring a bell whenever she comes across a photo of a man she dated.

“I recently became Swiftie. I loved her last album and saw her documentary, but I haven’t followed her career the same way in the last 10+ years.” she said. “Look at that [interview]I was very impressed with how clear she was about what was making her uncomfortable.

“I think the lens of interviews 10 years ago and interviews today has evolved a lot, and that’s what surprised me. It wasn’t because I thought it would be.”

Ratajkowski added:[Swift] .

“There are many reasons, and I think it’s fair and important to bring them up in the conversation, but that clip in particular was very impressive to me. It’s happening,” said the model.
