After months of AWOL, singer and vocalist Dre Cali is poised to return to the music scene with new music, but he’s setting a few conditions before that happens.
Since news broke in 2022 that Dre Cali, real name Steven Andrew Katende, had left Uganda, the singer has been living a low life in Canada, where he set up camp.
Through TikTok, we could see what he’s up to.He seems to be living a happy life and is slowly getting back on his feet.
Musically, he was unable to release new music and his fans longed to hear his magical vocals again.
Via TikTok, the former Mpaka Records singer revealed some interesting news that his fans want to believe.
“100,000 followers dropping new music. Mark it,” he captioned the video he posted to his TikTok account Wednesday morning.
The account currently has over 43,000 followers and 170.5,000 likes. His fans and followers have already started fussing to share his account for more followers.
There’s a very good chance we’ll be releasing new Dre Cali music by the end of March, and we can’t wait for that to happen.
