Celebrating the 10th Anniversary of the Influential Album’s Release random access memory, daft punk We released a special anniversary edition featuring over 35 minutes of unreleased music.
Spanning nine tracks, the band unveiled a curated selection of demos, outtakes and unfinished tracks that showcase the Dynamite duo’s creative process. Fans get to hear the bones of each song before the band magically turns it into the biggest hit of the last century.
The album’s first single, released in March, is aptly titled writing a piece of time, and you can listen Thomas Bangalter and Todd Edwards Chat together, work out song complications and release songs fragment of time, Then hum and see what works. Listen below.
Also featured in this B-side phenomenon is get lucky and let’s forget ourselves and dancewhere the band tackles the catchy sonic elements of both songs before Pharrell walks in and lays down his bed to do his job.

The 10th Anniversary Edition will also be available in various formats, including 3 LPs, 2 CDs and streaming platforms. Additionally, spatial audio (Atmos) mixes of the original albums will be available for the first time.
random access memory was released in 2013 and quickly became the defining album for the creative duo. The album was the band’s only album to chart on the Billboard 100 chart and won several Grammy Awards at the 2014 awards ceremony. random access memory will be their fourth and final album before disbanding and officially announcing their retirement in 2021.
