Coldplay have announced supporting acts for their upcoming UK and European ‘Music Of The Spheres’ tour dates in 2023.

The band have been touring around the world since last spring, playing a number of UK stadium gigs last summer, including six sold-out Wembley Stadium gigs.
This summer, the band will return to the UK and Europe for stadium shows, following gigs in South America. In May, June and July, the band will play in Portugal, Spain, Italy, Holland and more, as well as two new UK shows in Manchester and Cardiff.
The new dates kick off on May 17th in Coimbra, Portugal, with the band playing two shows at Manchester’s Etihad Stadium on May 31st and June 1st.
Leading the list of supporting names for the stadium show are Griff and Churches, the latter supporting the band in South America, with vocalist Lauren Mayberry joining them on stage in São Paulo.

Mayberry said: One moment I got so excited about it and then I took my pants off, realizing what it really was. There is a lot of pressure on everyone, especially frontmen.
“I think it’s a huge challenge to cover such a large area and understand how to communicate and connect in that space.”
