The Miller case is one of three High Court cases Prince Harry has filed against British newspapers. He is suing the publishers of the Daily Mail and The Sun for denying all his allegations.
The last time a prince appeared in court was in the Baccarat defamation case in 1890, when the Prince of Wales (later Edward VII) was accused of cheating by another player in a card game he played. It was time to present the evidence.
