A man was shot dead and two others were arrested after an altercation at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in South Lake Tahoe on Saturday morning.
The shooting occurred around 8 a.m. after the suspect and victim had been hanging out in a bar since 2 a.m.
Officials said the altercation ended when 32-year-old Omar Reyes Garcia was shot in the head. He was confirmed dead at the hospital.
Police arrested the suspect at the California border on Highway 50.
